Privacy notice
How we handle the personal data you send us through this website. Last updated 30 September 2026.
Who we are
Tectonic Techniques Limited is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 02755582, with our registered office at 9 Festival Avenue, Longfield, Kent DA3 7HR. You can reach us at enquiries@ttl-group.co.uk or on 01322 525231.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, organisation, email address, and optionally your telephone number and project name, together with the enquiry type, project stage and the message you write. We also record the date and time of the submission, the IP address it came from and your browser’s user-agent string. Those last three are kept solely to identify and block automated abuse of the form.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use these details to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to administer that engagement. Our lawful basis is your consent for the initial response, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website from abuse. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in Amazon DynamoDB, in Amazon Web Services’ London region, and emailed to our enquiries mailbox using Amazon Simple Email Service. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not share it with third parties other than the providers who host our website and email.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the details are retained for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our contractual and insurance obligations require.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets one cookie, a session cookie required to protect the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal data and expires when you close your browser. We use no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party tracking of any kind.
The Cyber Essentials badge at the foot of each page is displayed by our certification body’s verification service, BlockMark, and its image is served from Google Cloud Storage. To show it, your browser connects to those services, which will receive your IP address as part of that connection. The badge does not set cookies on our behalf and we receive no information from it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to another provider. Email enquiries@ttl-group.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
